Signature T E N E T immersive course that transforms English into a powerful instrument for thinking, influence & strategic communication, and equips participants with lifelong skills & toolsets for critical thinking, effective communication & interpersonal agility.
With Capstone Program, participants grow beyond standard proficiency, and become a strategic thinker and a confident communicator – who can navigate complex real-life professional scenarios with dexterity, and participate meaningfully in world-class international environments.
Through immersive hands-on experience, participants train to
- Master English as a natural medium for critical thinking and strategic communication
- Fully activate analytical lens & deep thinking skills, train higher spectrum of thinking, and become well-versed in applying them for real-world impact and complex problem solving

Enrollment Note
- Capstone Program is recommended as a starting level for
- Participants with solid foundation in English and some experience communicating, conversing and speaking up in English
- Participants who can engage in basic two-way conversations, and are comfortable expressing basic ideas in English
- Participants assessed as either “Capstone-Ready” or “Ascend-Ready” from the level assessment
- All participants who have completed TENET’s Ignite Program are eligible to enroll in Capstone

Through hands-on practice with advanced strategic toolkits and immersive simulation, aligning with the expectations of world-class career environments, participants
Strengthen their strategic thinking and interpersonal agility to navigate ambiguity and complexity in real-world and professional environments

- All participants who have completed TENET’s Capstone Program are eligible to enroll in Ascend
Participants demonstrating advanced English proficiency and placed at the “Ascend-Ready” level from the level assessment (and wish to immediately dive into advanced practice) may choose to enroll directly in the Ascend Program- ** Note: However, we highly recommend all participants to complete the Capstone Program before progressing to Ascend – to ensure participants are fully equipped with comprehensive tools for strategic thinking, interpersonal agility & effective communication introduced in Capstone, and truly benefit from the all-rounded experience and hands-on practice from Capstone’s Signature immersive exercise series.
